Rapala buys US fishing equipment company Luhr Jensen

Rapala Oyj said it has finalised the acquisition of US company Luhr Jensen & Sons Inc, which manufactures fishing lures and accessories. The value of the deal was not disclosed, but Rapala said the payment consists of cash and newly issued shares of Rapala.
