• Started off long time ago fishing the shores of milwaukee on lake michigan, since then a lot has changed, there's no longer any access to the waters edge except government access like pier or boat launches as for my old home of oconto there's still limited access there and i was lucky enough to christen my boat the summer before last w/ a 17lb german brown on a water melon behind a chrome (w/ yellow ring) slide diver and fishing the menominee last year landed 3 kings back to back w/in 15 mins of each other, that was somethin' but work went south and so did i so now i'm back in beer town again. Hopin' i can make the adjustment seein' as i miss my country dwelling surroundings , we'll see what the future holds. Thanks for everyones tips and when i have some to offer there open for the taking if i can help that'd be great. And on a special and sad note, in memory of the man that made that first connection to great lakes fishing, (Tim D. I'm gonna' miss our fishing trips but from where i stand you have the grand daddy of all hotspots, enjoy the spirit of the jump river and may you always find fish in abundance and may you rest in eternal peace my friend)
